Tortilla Chicken Cheese Bacon Quesadilla

Ingredients: - 2 large tortillas - 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken breast - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese - 2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled - 1/4 cup diced tomatoes - 1/4 cup diced red onion - 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro - 1/4 cup salsa - 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions: 1. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat. 2. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the shredded cheese on top. 3. Add the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, diced tomatoes, and diced red onion on top of the cheese. 4. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the chicken and vegetables. 5. Place the second tortilla on top of the cheese and press down gently. 6. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is crispy. 7. Remove the quesadilla from the skillet and cut into quarters. 8. Serve with salsa, sour cream, and chopped cilantro on top.
