Spicy Beef Stir-Fry


############# Ingredients: - 500g of shortplate beef, thinly sliced - 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil - 1 onion, sliced - 1 red bell pepper, sliced - 1 green bell pepper, sliced - 2 garlic cloves, minced - 1 tablespoon of ginger, minced - 2 tablespoons of soy sauce - 1 tablespoon of honey - 1 tablespoon of cornstarch - 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes - Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 1. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, and red pepper flakes. Set aside. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. 3. Add the sliced beef and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned. 4. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside. 5. In the same skillet, add the onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender. 6. Add the beef back to the skillet and pour the soy sauce mixture over the top. 7. Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce has thickened and the beef and vegetables are coated. 8. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 9. Serve hot and enjoy your Spicy Beef Stir-Fry!
