1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. 2. Add the diced white onion and cook until translucent. 3. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. 4. Add the garbanzo beans, nacho cheese soup, and peanut butter. Stir until well combined and heated through. 5. In a separate pan, cook the Spam slices until browned on both sides. 6. Place a tortilla in the pan and spread hummus on one half. 7. Add half of the ground beef mixture on top of the hummus. 8. Add two slices of Spam on top of the ground beef mixture. 9. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese on top of the Spam. 10. Fold the tortilla in half and press down with a spatula. 11. Cook until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is crispy. 12. Repeat steps 6-11 with the remaining ingredients to make the second quesadilla. 13. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious and healthy Spam and Cheese Quesadillas!
