"Queso Cabrá and Salami Pasta"

Ingredients: - 12 oz whole wheat pasta - 4 oz Queso Cabrá cheese, grated - 4 oz salami, sliced - 2 tbsp olive oil - 2 garlic cloves, minced - 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes - 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped - Salt and pepper to taste

Step by Step Process: 1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta water and drain the rest. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. 3. Add the sliced salami to the skillet and cook until crispy, about 3-4 minutes. 4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine with the salami and garlic. 5. Add the grated Queso Cabrá cheese to the skillet and toss to combine. If the pasta seems dry, add some of the reserved pasta water to loosen it up. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 7.
