Paneer Tomato Curry


Ingredients: - 200g paneer, cubed - 2 medium-sized tomatoes, chopped - 1 medium-sized onion, chopped - 1 tsp ginger paste - 1 tsp garlic paste - 1 green chili, chopped - 1 tsp cumin seeds - 1 tsp coriander powder - 1/2 tsp turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp red chili powder - Salt to taste - 1 tbsp oil - Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions: 1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter. 2. Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent. 3. Add ginger paste, garlic paste, and green chili. Sauté for a minute. 4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy. 5. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well. 6. Add cubed paneer and mix gently. Cook for 2-3 minutes. 7. Add 1/2 cup of water and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes. 8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
