Ingredients: - 1 large lettuce leaf (such as romaine or iceberg) - 100g lean ground turkey - 1/4 cup diced tomatoes - 1/4 cup diced bell peppers (any color) - 1/4 cup diced red onion - 1/4 cup shredded low-fat cheese - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro - 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon chili powder - Salt and pepper to taste - 1 teaspoon olive oil

Step by Step Process: 1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. 2. Add diced red onion and bell peppers to the skillet. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften. 3. Add lean ground turkey to the skillet and cook until it's no longer pink, breaking it up into small pieces with a spatula. 4.
