############### Ingredients: - 1 boneless, skinless chicken thigh - 1/2 tsp dried oregano - 1/4 tsp garlic powder - 1/4 tsp onion powder - 1/4 tsp salt - 1/8 tsp black pepper - 1/2 tbsp olive oil - 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt - 1/4 cup grated cucumber - 1/4 tsp garlic powder - 1/4 tsp dried dill - 1/4 tsp salt

############### Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. In a small bowl, mix together oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. 3. Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken thigh. 4. Heat olive oil in a small oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. 5. Add chicken thigh and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned. 6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. 7. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the tzatziki sauce by mixing together Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic powder, dried dill, and salt in a small bowl. 8.
