Chicken Paneer Tomato Curry


############# Ingredients: - 100g boneless chicken breast, cut into small pieces - 50g paneer, cut into small cubes - 1 medium-sized tomato, chopped - 1 small onion, chopped - 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste - 1/2 tsp cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp coriander powder - 1/4 tsp turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp red chili powder - 1/4 tsp garam masala powder - Salt, to taste - 1 tbsp oil - 1/4 cup water - Fresh coriander leaves, for garnish

############# Instructions: 1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. 2. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent. 3. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute. 4. Add chopped tomato and cook until it turns mushy. 5. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. 6. Add chicken pieces and cook until they turn white. 7. Add paneer cubes and mix well. 8. Add water and mix well. Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 10-12 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. 9. Add garam masala powder and mix well. 10.
