Chicken and Mustard Bread Bowl

############## Ingredients: - 2 small bread bowls - 200g boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced - 2 tbsp French mustard - 1/2 red onion, sliced - 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced - 1/2 green bell pepper, sliced - 1/2 tsp paprika - 1/2 tsp cumin - Salt and pepper, to taste - 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). 2. Cut off the top of the bread bowls and scoop out the inside, leaving a 1/2-inch thick shell. Brush the inside with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place the bread bowls on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, until lightly toasted. 3. In a bowl, mix the sliced chicken with French mustard, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for 5 minutes. 4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes, until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside. 5. In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and bell peppers. Cook for 3-5 minutes, until softened. 6. Divide the cooked chicken between the two bread bowls. Top with the cooked onion and bell peppers. 7.
